Preamble
Background and Purpose
This document constitutes the sole, complete, and official Terms of Service ("Agreement") governing all platforms, services, communities, and activities operated under the x0xt.com brand. No other terms, community rules, informal agreements, or prior understandings supplement or supersede this Agreement unless explicitly incorporated herein by written amendment posted at this URL.
This Agreement is issued by x0xt.com and its operator ("Operator") and applies to x0xt.com and all Associated Properties as defined herein. It is a living document. New sections governing additional services, platforms, or activities will be appended over time. Each addition is numbered sequentially and incorporated into this Agreement upon posting. Continued affiliation or use of any Covered Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
WHEREAS, the Operator desires to establish a single, authoritative legal framework governing all x0xt.com brand properties and activities; WHEREAS, Affiliated Parties desire access to the Operator's platforms, communities, gaming presence, and hosted services; WHEREAS, all parties agree that a unified terms document is in everyone's interest, even if the current primary subject matter is video games;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the parties agree as follows.
Section 1
Definitions
§ 1.1 — OperatorThe individual who owns and operates x0xt.com and all Associated Properties, acting in any capacity in connection with the Covered Platforms including as server administrator, community host, content creator, gaming participant, or any other role.
§ 1.2 — x0xt.com BrandThe collective identity, presence, and operations of the Operator across all Covered Platforms. x0xt.com is the primary domain and governing entity of the brand. All Associated Properties operate under and are subject to the authority of x0xt.com.
§ 1.3 — Associated PropertiesPlatforms, domains, communities, and services owned and operated by the Operator as part of the x0xt.com brand, currently including: (a) greenweb.cc — a community platform operated under the x0xt.com brand; and (b) jadenofficial.com — a personal platform operated under the x0xt.com brand. Additional Associated Properties may be added to this Agreement by amendment at any time. Each Associated Property is a constituent part of the x0xt.com brand and is governed by this Agreement in full.
§ 1.4 — Covered Platformsx0xt.com, greenweb.cc, jadenofficial.com, and all Associated Properties collectively, including any Discord servers, game servers, communities, or other services operated by the Operator under any of these domains, now or in the future.
§ 1.5 — Affiliated PartyAny individual who, by any means, has become affiliated with the x0xt.com brand or any Covered Platform, including but not limited to: (a) any person who has visited any Covered Platform; (b) any member of a Discord server operated by or associated with any Covered Platform; (c) any individual who has participated in a Gaming Session with the Operator; (d) any person who has connected to a Hosted Server; (e) any person who has received a message, invitation, or link from the Operator; (f) any person who has been told about any Covered Platform by another Affiliated Party; or (g) any person reading this document right now. Affiliation, once established, is presumed to continue unless formally terminated pursuant to § 4.5.
§ 1.6 — Official Communication ChannelAny of the following, and only the following: (a) a direct message via a Discord server operated by or associated with any Covered Platform; (b) email to
x0xt@pm.me; or (c) a voice communication through a platform designated by the Operator. Subtweets, vague group chat references, carrier pigeons, and meaningful eye contact over a shared screen are expressly excluded.
§ 1.7 — Hosted ServerAny game server, private lobby, modded server, or multiplayer instance hosted, operated, or administered by the Operator under any Covered Platform, including but not limited to Minecraft servers, game mod servers, and any other multiplayer platform the Operator runs, now or in the future.
§ 1.8 — Gaming SessionAny mutually anticipated period of time during which the Operator and one or more Affiliated Parties intend to play video games, tabletop games, or virtual reality experiences together, whether or not such session ultimately occurs.
§ 1.9 — Confirmed SessionA Gaming Session for which (a) the Operator has transmitted an explicit invitation through an Official Communication Channel, and (b) the Affiliated Party has responded with affirmative acknowledgment through an Official Communication Channel within forty-eight (48) hours. Responses including "maybe," "probably," "lmk," or a thumbs-up emoji do not constitute a Confirmed Session.
§ 1.10 — CancellationThe Operator's unilateral election, exercised in the Operator's sole and absolute discretion, to not participate in a Confirmed Session, for any reason or no reason at all.
§ 1.11 — Approved CancellationAny and all Cancellations issued by the Operator. By becoming an Affiliated Party, each individual acknowledges that every Cancellation — past, present, and future — is an Approved Cancellation by definition. There is no other category of Cancellation.
§ 1.12 — Emotional DamagesAny subjective negative feelings experienced by an Affiliated Party as a result of a Cancellation, including but not limited to: disappointment, mild betrayal, the sensation of being left on read, or the impulse to send the "Wow, okay" text.
Section 2
Scope and Authority
This is the only Terms of Service for the x0xt.com brand. It governs all Covered Platforms collectively. No platform-specific terms exist independently of this document.
§ 2.1 — Universal ApplicationThis Agreement applies to all Affiliated Parties across all Covered Platforms equally, regardless of which Covered Platform the affiliation was established through. An individual who affiliates with greenweb.cc or jadenofficial.com is bound by this Agreement in the same manner and to the same extent as an individual who affiliates directly with x0xt.com.
§ 2.2 — Brand Authorityx0xt.com is the governing entity of the brand. In the event of any inconsistency between the stated policies of an Associated Property and this Agreement, this Agreement controls.
§ 2.3 — Living DocumentThis Agreement is designed to grow alongside the x0xt.com brand. The Operator may add new sections governing additional services, platforms, games, servers, content, or any other activity at any time by posting an updated version at this URL. New sections are appended sequentially. No existing section will be removed or materially narrowed without notice; additions only expand the scope of coverage.
§ 2.4 — Future PropertiesAny domain, platform, Discord server, game server, community, or service brought under the x0xt.com brand after the effective date of this Agreement is automatically subject to its terms upon launch, without requiring a separate amendment. The Operator may update § 1.3 to formally list new Associated Properties at their discretion.
Section 3
Acceptance and Formation
No signature or written acknowledgment is required. Acceptance is established by affiliation with any Covered Platform or by any qualifying conduct described herein.
§ 3.1 — Acceptance via AffiliationAn individual's affiliation with any Covered Platform, established by any means enumerated in § 1.5, constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in full.
§ 3.2 — Conduct-Based AcceptanceFull acceptance of all terms is additionally established by any of the following qualifying conduct: requesting a Gaming Session with the Operator; joining or participating in a Gaming Session with the Operator; or connecting to any Hosted Server. See the Acceptance section at the end of this document for the complete enumeration.
§ 3.3 — ConsiderationThe Operator provides Affiliated Parties access to Covered Platforms, gaming companionship, Hosted Servers, and community membership on occasions the Operator freely chooses. Affiliated Parties provide their presence, participation, and agreement to these terms. The parties agree this constitutes adequate and sufficient mutual consideration.
§ 3.4 — Age RequirementUse of any Covered Platform or Hosted Server is open to individuals aged thirteen (13) years or older. By engaging in qualifying conduct, the Affiliated Party represents that they meet this minimum age requirement, consistent with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq. The Operator reserves the right to remove any individual reasonably believed to be under thirteen (13) years of age without prior notice.
Section 4
General Provisions
§ 4.1 — Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, including all applicable federal statutes, as the baseline governing framework. In addition, each Affiliated Party agrees that their use of any Covered Platform and their obligations under this Agreement are subject to the applicable laws of their own local jurisdiction. By affiliating with any Covered Platform, the Affiliated Party submits to the application of their own local laws alongside applicable federal law, and may not claim jurisdictional exemption from either. No single state or national jurisdiction is designated as exclusive; the Operator asserts no physical presence and makes no such representation.
§ 4.2 — SeverabilityIf any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
§ 4.3 — Entire AgreementThis document constitutes the sole and complete Terms of Service for the x0xt.com brand and all Covered Platforms. It supersedes all prior agreements, community rules, informal understandings, and previous versions of this document, including all prior drafts bearing any signature, including "__doc__," all of which are hereby declared null, void, and legally deceased.
§ 4.4 — AmendmentThe Operator reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version at this URL. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued affiliation with or use of any Covered Platform after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The Operator will increment the version number with each update.
§ 4.5 — Termination of AffiliationAn Affiliated Party may terminate their affiliation by transmitting written notice to the Operator via an Official Communication Channel or by email to
x0xt@pm.me. Termination does not retroactively void any Approved Cancellations, does not remove any outstanding ban, and does not entitle the Affiliated Party to any refund of emotional investment.
§ 4.6 — No Unconscionability DefenseEach Affiliated Party acknowledges this Agreement is not unconscionable, that they have had a full and fair opportunity to review it, and that they accept its terms as reasonable conditions of affiliation with the x0xt.com brand.
§ 4.7 — Electronic SignaturesElectronic signatures and acceptances transmitted via an Official Communication Channel are valid and binding. This Agreement may be accepted in counterparts.
Section 5
Cancellation Rights and Procedures
The Operator's right to cancel is absolute, unconditional, non-reviewable, and irrevocable. The Operator's determination that a Cancellation is appropriate is final and not subject to challenge, review, arbitration, or appeal of any kind.
§ 5.1 — Absolute and Unconditional Right to CancelThe Operator possesses the absolute, unconditional, non-reviewable, and irrevocable right to cancel any Confirmed Session at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without obligation to explain, justify, or provide cause. For illustrative purposes only and without any limitation whatsoever, reasons may include: illness, work, family obligations, exhaustion, lethargy, a desire to stare at a wall, loss of interest in the current game or meta, adult responsibilities of any nature, infrastructure or hardware issues, "just not feeling it," reasons the Operator declines to disclose, reasons not yet identified, and reasons that do not exist. The absence of a reason from this list shall not limit the Operator's right to cancel for that reason.
§ 5.2 — Pre-Authorization of All Future CancellationsBy engaging in qualifying conduct under § 3.2, each Affiliated Party hereby pre-authorizes, in advance and irrevocably, every Cancellation the Operator may ever issue. No individual Cancellation requires separate justification, notice period, or consent. Each Cancellation is automatically an Approved Cancellation under § 1.11 upon issuance.
§ 5.3 — No Guarantee of PerformanceNothing in this Agreement creates a guarantee, warranty, implied covenant, or enforceable obligation on the part of the Operator to play video games on any date, time, frequency, or at all. The Operator's willingness to game on any occasion is a gift, not an obligation.
§ 5.4 — NoticeThe Operator shall make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of a Cancellation via an Official Communication Channel. Failure to provide advance notice shall not constitute a breach or affect the Cancellation's validity in any way.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability — Gaming
§ 6.1 — Complete ExclusionTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and the x0xt.com brand bear zero liability to any Affiliated Party for any Emotional Damages, consequential losses, or downstream effects of any Approved Cancellation, regardless of notice, timing, or how hyped the session was.
§ 6.2 — Damages CapIn no event shall the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Affiliated Party with respect to Cancellations exceed $0.00 USD.
§ 6.3 — Sole Exception: Bad Faith Solo ScreenshotSections 6.1 and 6.2 shall not apply if the Operator: (a) confirms a Confirmed Session; (b) goes silent for four (4) or more consecutive hours without notice; and (c) subsequently posts in any shared or public channel evidence of having played alone during that period. The parties agree this constitutes bad faith conduct and is the only act capable of voiding the Operator's liability protection under this Agreement.
Section 7
Affiliated Party Covenants — Gaming
§ 7.1 — Mandatory Acceptance of Approved CancellationsUpon receiving notice of any Cancellation, the Affiliated Party shall respond, if at all, only with neutral or positive acknowledgment. Acceptable responses: "No worries," "All good," "Next time," or silence.
§ 7.2 — No-Sulk CovenantThe Affiliated Party agrees not to: (a) transmit passive-aggressive communications including "wow," "okay," "cool," or bad-faith ellipses; (b) reference the Cancellation in group chats or public channels for sympathy or to build a grievance record; (c) raise any prior Cancellation as evidence of a pattern; or (d) post about it. Each Cancellation is a standalone event and shall not be aggregated, cited, or weaponized.
§ 7.3 — Assumption of RiskAny reliance on a Confirmed Session — including rescheduling personal plans, purchasing DLC, declining other invitations, or telling anyone "I can't, I'm gaming with x0xt tonight" — is made entirely at the Affiliated Party's own risk.
§ 7.4 — Solo Queue ReleaseThe Affiliated Party releases the Operator and the x0xt.com brand from all responsibility for rank loss, extended queue times, suboptimal matchmaking, or boredom experienced while playing solo following an Approved Cancellation.
Section 8
Hosted Server Terms
§ 8.1 — As-Is / No WarrantyAll Hosted Servers are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Operator makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the operation, performance, stability, or feature availability of any Hosted Server. The Operator does not warrant that any Hosted Server will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. Use of any Hosted Server is entirely at the Affiliated Party's own risk.
§ 8.2 — Availability DisclaimerThe Operator may take any Hosted Server offline at any time and for any duration, for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to: scheduled maintenance, software updates, hardware migration, security incidents, cost considerations, or the Operator simply not feeling like running a server that day. No advance notice of downtime is required. The Operator bears no liability for any inconvenience, lost playtime, or missed events resulting from server unavailability.
§ 8.3 — Right to Wipe, Reset, or RetireThe Operator reserves the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to wipe, roll back, reset, restructure, or permanently retire any Hosted Server at any time, with or without notice. All player data, builds, items, progress, currency, rank, and any other content may be permanently lost in such events. The Operator is under no obligation to provide backups, data exports, compensation, or advance notice prior to any wipe, reset, or retirement, except as may be separately and explicitly promised in writing through an Official Communication Channel.
§ 8.4 — Data Collection NoticeBy connecting to any Hosted Server, the Affiliated Party acknowledges and consents to the collection and storage of the following data for server administration, security monitoring, and enforcement purposes: (a) IP addresses and connection metadata; (b) usernames, gamertags, and unique identifiers; (c) connection timestamps and session duration; (d) in-game activity logs and gameplay data; and (e) in-game chat and communication logs. This data is used solely for the operation, administration, and security of Hosted Servers. The Operator does not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties except as required by applicable law or in connection with enforcement action under Section 9.
Section 9
Server Conduct and Security
Violations of this section carry immediate, permanent, platform-wide consequences with no appeal. The Operator's determination of a violation is unilateral, final, and conclusive.
§ 9.1 — Prohibited ConductAny individual accessing any Hosted Server is strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
(a) Stability Griefing — any deliberate action intended to degrade, destabilize, or impair server performance, including but not limited to: lag machines, excessive automated resource consumption, chunk-loading exploits, entity spam, deliberate memory exhaustion, or any in-game mechanism deployed with intent to harm server stability rather than for legitimate gameplay purposes;
(b) Unauthorized Access or Modification — any attempt to access, modify, read, copy, delete, or interfere with server software, configuration files, databases, file systems, plugins, or infrastructure beyond the access expressly granted to that individual by the Operator;
(c) Exploitation of Vulnerabilities — knowingly exploiting software bugs, plugin vulnerabilities, server misconfigurations, or any unintended server behavior to gain unauthorized capabilities, access other users' data, bypass permissions, or circumvent server rules;
(d) Denial of Service — any volumetric, protocol, or application-layer attack against any Covered Platform or associated infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, flood attacks, connection exhaustion, or any coordinated effort to render any Hosted Server or associated service unavailable;
(e) Unauthorized Data Access — any attempt to access, intercept, exfiltrate, or interfere with data belonging to other users, including player inventories, account credentials, location data, coordinates, or private communications stored on or transmitted through any Hosted Server;
(f) Circumvention of Restrictions — using alternate accounts, proxies, VPNs, modified clients, or any other means to circumvent an existing ban, mute, or restriction imposed by the Operator on any Covered Platform.
§ 9.2 — Federal and State Law NoticeThe Affiliated Party acknowledges that conduct prohibited under § 9.1 may constitute criminal offenses under applicable federal and state law, including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq.), and applicable computer crime statutes of the Affiliated Party's local jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement limits the Operator's right to refer violations to law enforcement or to pursue civil remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
§ 9.3 — Remedy: Immediate Platform-Wide BanUpon the Operator's determination, in their sole and absolute discretion, that an Affiliated Party has engaged in any conduct prohibited under § 9.1, the Operator may immediately and permanently ban that individual from every Hosted Server, service, and community operated under any Covered Platform, without prior notice, warning, or opportunity to cure. A platform-wide ban across all Covered Platforms is the minimum default remedy and may be accompanied by civil action or criminal referral at the Operator's election.
§ 9.4 — No AppealA ban issued under § 9.3 is final. There is no formal appeal process. The Operator is under no obligation to explain, document, or justify the ban to the affected individual, any third party, or any community moderator. The Operator's determination is conclusive and non-reviewable.
§ 9.5 — No Restoration of Progress or DataUpon a platform-wide ban, the banned individual forfeits all in-game progress, builds, items, currency, rank, and any other data associated with their presence on any Hosted Server. The Operator is under no obligation to preserve, restore, transfer, export, or provide access to any such data before, during, or after the ban.
§ 9.6 — IndemnificationAny Affiliated Party who engages in conduct prohibited under § 9.1 agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and the x0xt.com brand from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or related to that conduct.
Section 10
Dispute Resolution
§ 10.1 — Cancellation DisputesGiven that § 5.1 grants the Operator an unconditional right to cancel for any reason, and given that § 1.11 defines every Cancellation as an Approved Cancellation, no valid dispute can arise from a Cancellation itself. Any purported dispute regarding a Cancellation shall be dismissed at the threshold as moot.
§ 10.2 — Server Conduct DeterminationsBan determinations made under § 9.3 are final and non-reviewable per § 9.4 and are not subject to dispute resolution under this section.
§ 10.3 — Residual DisputesFor any other dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt good faith resolution via an Official Communication Channel following a minimum one (1) hour cool-down period.
§ 10.4 — Binding ArbitrationIf good faith negotiation fails within seventy-two (72) hours, the parties shall submit to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed neutral third party from the shared community with no personal stake in the outcome. The Arbitrator shall not be anyone who was also waiting to play. The decision is final and non-appealable.
§ 10.5 — No Muting as RemedyMuting notifications, going offline, or setting status to "Do Not Disturb" is not a valid dispute resolution mechanism and shall not toll any applicable response periods.
